These macaws are majestic birds. I always wanted one. But I know how much of a commitment that is. I’ve seen how they can chew through the toughest wood, how challenging it is to trim their nails, how much work it is to give them fresh food and keep their cage nice and clean...So for now I’ll go on painting them and admiring their true beauty.

Greetings! I am so happy to be a part of this amazing worldwide community or artists. I come from a family of creative people and am grateful to my parents for cultivating my creativity which is now part of my daily life. I am a classically-trained musician and violinist with a doctorate in violin performance and until recently was the director and conductor of the La Verne Symphony Orchestra which I am happy to say still flourishes in that city. At the moment I've left the stage in order to raise our two little babies. Being a mom is what I do now. And the challenge is weaving creativity into this new life.
