Artist's Description

Again, as it is often with me and food subjects, I wanted to draw these quickly before my family ate them. But it took longer than I thought it would because every grape is actually more different than I had anticipated. So I had to get them out of the way into a special place because they were already starting to disappear as I was coloring them in!

Greetings! I am so happy to be a part of this amazing worldwide community or artists. I come from a family of creative people and am grateful to my parents for cultivating my creativity which is now part of my daily life. I am a classically-trained musician and violinist with a doctorate in violin performance and until recently was the director and conductor of the La Verne Symphony Orchestra which I am happy to say still flourishes in that city. At the moment I've left the stage in order to raise our two little babies. Being a mom is what I do now. And the challenge is weaving creativity into this new life.
